The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic; however, the cause for the failure was not yet determined. The window was replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The dealer was made aware of the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 8,400.”
