“I was sitting in my car and the back wind shield exploded over my dog and I. Ford was made aware of the issue, and apparently the Bronco's rods hyper extend and cause the tempered glass to break. Ford wont cover any damages done, and says it isn't covered by warranty. Although the dealership and Ford acknowledge no pressure was existenet to cause the window to burst randomly. In addition, Ford is aware the plastic placer screws in the removable hardtop is defective and cracks over time. However, they are not warrantying this repair.”
