I called Continental and they set up a file #4143053155 and told me to take it to the dealer for inspection. I took it back to Van Horn In Lomira WI for that inspection on 12/9/22. They took pictures and sent them to Continental who tells me that this is normal for tires to have bulges in the side. I am very concerned if the tires are actually safe to drive on.
