“The contact owns a 2021 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that the font on the infotainment system when a notification was displayed had the appearance of a line when looked at from the driver’s seat. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle operated as intended. The failure mileage was approximately 336.”

“The contact owns a 2021 Dodge Durango. While the contact’s wife was driving at an undisclosed speed, the daytime running lights became inoperable. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact was alerted to the failure by another driver. The contact also confirmed the failure when the vehicle was pulled into the driveway at the residence. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed that the running lights had failed and needed to be replaced. The mechanic referred the contact to the dealer for assistance. The dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or…”
