“THE DRIVER SIDE WIPER BLADE IS CONSTANTLY SKIPPING AND SHUDDERING, PREVENTING THE WINDSHIELD FROM BEING PROPERLY CLEARED IN THE RAIN. AFTER 3 VISITS TO THE DEALERSHIP THEY FINALLY TOLD ME THAT THIS IS AN EXISTING ISSUE AND MERCEDES DOESN'T HAVE A FIX FOR IT AND MAY NOT WISH TO FIX IT. I SHOULD CONSTANTLY SPRAY WASHER FLUID ON THE WINDSHIELD, EVEN DURING THE RAIN AS A TEMPORARY FIX IS WHAT I WAS TOLD. I HAVE VIDEO OF THE PROBLEM.”
