“I recently had my brakes and rotors replaced for this issue. Any time I’m backing my vehicle into and parking spot drive way garage etc it’s difficult to stop. I’m flooring the pedal to stop. I cracked my number because I couldn’t stop. I’ve seen an article for a recall on 2018 models that were made in 2017. My truck is a 2017 experiencing these same issues. “The power steering motor went out while I was driving. The message center on my dashboard alerted me just seconds before I couldn't steer. Luckily I was on a residential street and was able to get out of the road with a lot of effort steering. The car was taken to a local mechanic and we were told the power steering motor went out. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 51,000.”
