“TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 MERCEDES-BENZ C300 EQUIPPED WITH CONTINENTAL CONTACT SSR (NA) TIRES, SIZE: 225/45/18 (NA). WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE SIDEWALL FAILED ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TIRE. THE CONTACT HAD THE TIRE REPLACED. THE CONTACT CALLED CONTINENTAL TIRES ABOUT THE FAILURE AND WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WERE ALREADY AWARE. A FEW MONTHS LATER, THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE EXHIBITED THE SAME FAILURE. CONTINENTAL TIRES WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THE SECOND FAILURE, BUT DID NOT REPLACE THE TIRE. THE DOT NUMBER WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
