My husband was driving and made a left turn, and the front right tire and control arm came completely off the car. As a result, significant damage was sustained to the car's underside, and it was not immediately visible when the dealership/auto body repair shop received the car. They delayed explaining to my insurance company that the vehicle was totaled and claimed there was a delay due to a technician being terminated.”
