This symptom of shutting off while driving creates a significant life safety risk for the driver, passengers, and other motorists. The vehicle has been inspected by the dealership over 4 times in 3 months. Since the vehicle shuts off, there are no warning lamps, messages or other symptoms prior to the failure.”

“The dealership is unable to identify the failing component or system. The vehicle shuts off while driving above speeds of 60mph, which causes the power steering pump and power brake pump to fail. This symptom of shutting off while driving creates a significant life safety risk for the driver, passengers, and other motorists. The vehicle has been inspected by the dealership over 4 times in 3 months. Since the vehicle shuts off, there are no warning lamps, messages or other symptoms prior to the failure.”

“I went to Firestone in 2023 about my tire recalled and they claimed there was no recalled. I went again on July 5th, 2025 to changed all my tires but three of them were the tire mentioned. I provided documentation but the agent refused any recalled. Today July 22 , the manager Jason C told me tire recalled only last 6 months and he looked at the recall but per him is not applicable because I used the tire.
